Fee Structure Details

Representation of a Seller includes, but is not limited to, the following:

  • Review and negotiation of contracts, monitoring of all time sensitive issues attorney approval letters and inspection issues;
  • Order title, complete title examination, produce commitment and review same and address any title deficiencies, prior to Closing.
  • Review of Buyer’s mortgage commitment;
  • Prepare all Closing documents;
  • Attendance at Closing.

Representation of a Buyer includes, but is not limited to, the following:

  • Review and negotiation of contracts, monitoring of all time sensitive issues, attorney approval letters and inspection issues;
  • Review title commitment, obtain any necessary title document and address any title deficiencies, prior to Closing.
  • Review of Buyer’s mortgage commitment and assist in problem solving for loan related issues;
  • Review all Closing documents;
  • Attendance at Closing.
