Dan completed his undergraduate degree at Grinnell College in Grinnell, Iowa. He earned a Masters of Art in Education from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri and received his Juris Doctorate from Chicago Kent-College of Law. He was admitted to practice law in the State of Illinois in 1991. Dan is a member of the Chicago Bar, Illinois Real Estate Lawyers Association, and has published chapters for the Illinois Institute of Continuing Legal Education on Real Estate Practice and Leasing. He has also published an article on Public Works Bidding Processes in the Illinois Municipal Review. Dan also gives seminars to realtors on topics such as the updated Multi-Board Real Estate Contract and other real estate matters.
